PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
Express shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Orders below €50 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to most countries across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@beerchampions.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@beerchampions.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

PACKAGING
All glassware is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Gift box sets are packaged to arrive gift-ready.
