Refund Policy — BeerChampions

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN
We want you to love your BeerChampions order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Gift cards or discount codes

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at hello@beerchampions.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@beerchampions.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at hello@beerchampions.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email hello@beerchampions.com immediately with your order number.
